My new favourite gin is Hampshire Gin Spring Meadow.  Distilled in my local area by Winchester Distillery.  I have combined it with a Fever Tree Mediterranean Tonic, a lime wedge and sage, over ice of course!  Very refreshing, very grassy and extremely delicious!!
